欧博ABG平台服务条款与用户权益

1。服务范围与适用对象 / Scope of Service and Eligible Users

本协议适用于所有使用欧博平台服务的用户，包括访问、浏览、注册、下载或使用平台功能的个人。欧博提供的服务涵盖数字娱乐内容、互动功能、技术支持等相关项目。This agreement applies to all individuals who access, browse, register, download, or use any features of the Oubo platform. The services include digital entertainment content, interactive features, technical support, and related offerings.

2。用户注册与账户管理 / User Registration and Account Management

用户需确保注册信息真实、准确、完整，并在信息变更时及时更新。账户仅限本人使用，不得出租、转让或共享。Users must ensure that registration information is accurate, complete, and updated when necessary. Accounts are for personal use only and may not be rented, transferred, or shared.

3。用户行为规范 / User Conduct Requirements

用户在使用平台服务时应遵守法律法规，不得从事任何可能影响平台安全、扰乱秩序或侵犯他人权益的行为。Users must comply with applicable laws and refrain from activities that may compromise platform security, disrupt service order, or infringe upon the rights of others.

欧博将依据隐私政策处理用户数据，确保信息采集、使用与存储过程合法、安全、透明。Oubo processes user data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, ensuring lawful, secure, and transparent handling of personal information.

7。服务中断与免责条款 / Service Interruptions and Disclaimer

因不可抗力、网络故障、系统维护等原因导致的服务中断，欧博不承担由此产生的间接损失，但将尽力恢复服务。Oubo is not liable for indirect losses caused by force majeure, network failures, or system maintenance, though reasonable efforts will be made to restore service.

8。未成年人使用规范 / Minor Users Policy
